Lay your baby face down on your thigh, and then give up to 5 back blows.
If that doesn’t work turn them over and give your baby up to 5 chest thrusts by using two fingers to pump your baby's chest. Check your baby's mouth to see if the object has been dislodged.
If not, repeat from step 1. If you've repeated these steps for three times and your baby is still choking, call an ambulance. Dial 117 for the Philippine emergency hotline.
