Family mornings can get tough. With everyone rushing to be out the door, whether it's to head to school or the office (or a road trip!), you still want to serve a filling but also nutritious breakfast. To make things a little easier, here are a few food products that might be worth adding to your breakfast spread.
If yogurt, a great source of protein and calcium, isn’t part of your family breakfast yet, it’s time to purchase a bottle. We've tried Holly's Milk Yogurt on its own, and we can drink a mug of it. But add a dollop or two to fresh fruit shake or a bowl of whole wheat oats and milk, and you've got a healthy snack. What's even better it comes from premium milk from local farms in Laguna.
For mornings when you feel your family’s breakfast was a little lacking (or there's just no time), grab a snack to munch on the car like BelVita, made with whole grains and comes in Milk and Cereal or Honey and Chocolate varieties. Snacks made from whole grains are a good option as they give energy while providing additional nutrients and fiber.

Anchornow has cheese finally! Aside from a cheddar block, it now has cheddar cheese slices to make sandwich-making tasks easier. On whole wheat bread, place a slice of cheese, spread jam (or butter!), and pair with a serving of fruit for a yummy breakfast. It's great for baon. Try these cheesy sandwich ideas.
Milk Magic comes in a tetra pak packaging with a resealable top. It’s easier to pour if you’ve packed your child cereal in a container for baon or if he has trouble with finishing a carton of milk in one go.
