After days of speculation following a blind item on Pep.ph, broadcaster Korina Sanchez-Roxas has announced the birth of her twins — a boy and a girl — through a post on Instagram.
The wife of former Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas captioned a photo of two pairs of tiny feet, "I think if you believe hard enough, the miracle you most want can come true. Announcing the arrival of our little boy and little girl."

According to the Pep.ph blind item dated February 15, a well-known couple will soon become parents through a surrogate. The article gave clues regarding the identity of the couple: the husband might have to put on hold his "laban sa darating na Mayo" — possibly the national elections where ex-senator Mar Roxas is running for re-election — and "Malalaman na rin natin kung may 'K' ba talaga si Misis na maging mother!" an obvious play on the title of Korina's Sunday program on ABS-CBN, Rated K.

"Did you ever think it could still happen for me? I never stopped believing," she added. Korina, at 54, is a first-time mom, while Mar, 61, has a 24-year old son from a previous relationship.
