Top of the Morning: Singer Nina is Already A Mom!

1. Soul Siren Nina is now a mom!

The singer recently revealed via Instagram that she is now a mother. Nina gave birth last year, on December 24, to her and non-showbiz partner Coy Enriquez's' first child, a daughter they named Ysabella Louise. "Seems like yesterday, I didn't even know your name/Now today you're always on my mind/Never could have predicted that I'd feel this way/You are a Beautiful Surprise," she wrote as caption to the photo of her holding her daughter’s little hand. 2. LolaBasyang.com earns a nomination in in Germany
TV5's fantasy series was recently shortlisted as a finalist in the fiction section of the Prix Jeunesse International, an award -giving body dubbed as the "Oscars of Children’s Television." The show stars veteran actress Boots Anson-Roa as Lola Basyang was also nominated for the episode “Ang Plawtin ni Periking (Periking's Flute)". Director Perci Intalan said that they made the show to bring classic Filipino stories to a new generation of viewers. Sadly, LolaBasyang.com aired its last episode after a two-season run, but hopefully it gets a new lease on life after this nod. (inquirer.net)

3. Tony Parker expecting second child
The NBA All-Star player announced that he and his wife Axelle Francine are expecting their second child. "My wife is pregnant and our first son Josh is going to have a little brother. It's due to happen in July," he said before the radio interview started. The two were married in August 2014 and welcomed Josh, now 21-month-old, earlier that year. Congratulations!  (people.com)

4. New The Secret Life of Pets trailer

What do our pets do when we're out of the house? When owner Katie brings home a mixed-breed dog Duke (voiced by Eric Stonestreet), Max (voiced by Louise CK) felt that his place in the home is threatened by the huge new dog. One thing led to the other and now both Max and Duke need to find their way home, with the help of their animal friends. Featuring the voices of Lake Bell, Kevin Hart, Dana Carvey, Jenny Slate and Steve Coogan, The Secret Life of Pets will open in cinemas in July! (yahoo.com)

Since Barbie just debuted three more body types to make it more relatable for real kids, some men around the globe are clamoring for a more realistic Ken doll. Yale University psychologist Kelly Brownell wrote in 2006 that most men would have ‘to increase 20 in. in height, 11 in. in the chest, and 7.9 in. in neck circumference’ to achieve Ken’s look.’ Well, say hello to "Dad Bod Ken!"
